The central image on this silk scarf is the North Front of the White House as it is seen from Pennsylvania Ave. The view is surrounded by reproductions of the Seal of the President of the US that hangs above the entrance to the Blue Room. Also featured are details of White House architectural motifs including the sumptuous stone carvings around the North Door. The distinctive bald eagles carved in the pedestals of the mahagony console tables made for the State Dining Room in 1903 are pictured in each corner of the scarf.100% silk, hand rolled hem.
