This is the official Christmas Card of President Richard  Nixon and  Pat Nixon in 1971.  The art is entitled, "Building the First White House," painted by N.C. Wyeth. This view of the construction of the President's House in Washington DC in the late 18th century shows President George Washington and the architect of the White House, James Hoban, inspecting the uncompleted building.   Unfortunately, George Washington never got to lived in this White House.  The art was reproduced by Hallmark Cards.  The Christmas card measures 5 inches x 7 inches.
