Please note that we will be closed for business from December 22, 2009 through January 3, 2010. In order to receive products prior to December 24, 2009, the last day for ground shipping will be December 17, 2009, express orders will be accepted through December 21, 2009. Due to shipping volumes in December by all carriers, we cannot be responsible for late deliveries. Taxes We are located in Florida, so we're required to collect taxes if you're shipping to a Florida address. You'll see the amount before you place your order. Returns Damaged or defective products can be returned within 15 days of receipt for a full refund. Simply e-mail Customer Service at customerservice@whitehouseholidays.com for instructions. If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, products may be returned within 15 days of receipt for credit less the original shipping cost and a 15% restocking fee.
