White House Holidays takes pride in its expedient and personal customer service. We take the utmost care in packaging the items for a safe arrival. We ship most merchandise within 1-3 business days after receiving your order. If an item is out of stock, you may request to be notified when product is available.

We are located in Florida, so we're required to collect taxes if you're shipping to a Florida address. You'll see the amount before you place your order.

Damaged or defective products can be returned within 15 days of receipt for a full refund. Simply e-mail Customer Service at for instructions.

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, products may be returned within 15 days of receipt for credit less the original shipping cost and a 15% restocking fee. Simply e-mail Customer Service at for a Return Merchandize Authorization number (RMA #). Product must be returned in perfect condition and at your cost to:
